1. Here is what you need to make your cloisonne.
copper sheet, enamel colours, silver wire, necessary equipment and tools.

2. Prepare a rough image of the piece.

3. Cut out a copper base.
 
4. Scrub with steel wool or wash with kitchen detergent.

5. Apply dark enamel on the back of the base and let it dry.

6. Quickly turn it over and apply base-white on the surface.
 
7. Fire it in the kiln at C800 for about 2 minutes.

8. Clean the edges with a file.

9. Carbon-copy the image onto the base.
 
10. Shape the silver tape along the design.

11. Place the silver tapes onto the base surface and water-glue them.

12. After the glue is dried, fire it at a lower temperature for about a minute.
 
13. Repeat color & fire process until the surface becomes flat.

14. Grind the surface with a whetstone until the silver shows and wash it in running water.

15. Fire it for the last time to shine the surface.
